••The Portrait Society of America awarded my painting, "Moonstone," a Certificate of
Excellence at its 18th Annual International Portrait Competition earlier this spring. I
was one of 35 artists recognized out of over 2,400 for this honor. I'm very grateful my
first attempt at a developed portrait earned such good recognition!
